癌癥分泌自身抗體的作用 

1. 促進癌細胞惡變 癌癥分泌的自身抗體具有類似于生長因子的作用,直接促進癌細胞的惡變(包括增殖、遷移、侵襲和抗凋亡)。 2. 促進免疫逃逸 癌癥分泌的自身抗體,通過特定的糖基化修飾(如Ans162位點的唾液化修飾),可以從促進免疫作用轉變為免疫抑制作用。 這些唾液酸化的IgG分子可以通過與樹突狀細胞上的唾液酸受體DC-SIGN結合,抑制樹突狀細胞(DCs)和CD4+T細胞的功能。 癌癥細胞分泌抗體可以抑制ADCC功能,下調NK細胞的細胞毒活性。 

3.促腫瘤炎癥 在脂多糖(LPS)刺激后,癌癥分泌IgG顯著上調。 癌癥來源的IgG,可以通過 TLR4/TRIF/NF-kB 通路刺激腫瘤相關巨噬細胞釋放IL-1b來誘導炎癥。
